External rulings, council by council
An independent register of what outside bodies decided about each council: ombudsmen, the Information Commissioner, a regulator, a tribunal and the Planning Inspectorate.
In a register, each order is entered on the left. The ombudsmen do not publish what happened next, so the column on the right stays blank.

An entry is an ombudsman ruling, an ICO decision notice, a regulator judgement, a tribunal case or a planning case. Fault found counts the rulings and the notices that found fault. It never counts a planning case. Stated payments are the amounts in ombudsman rulings that the hub has checked against the source.
