- Summary
-
We will not investigate this complaint about how the Council has dealt with reports of antisocial behaviour. This is because there is insufficient evidence of fault by the Council, and it is reasonable to expect the complainant to ask for a review of the Community Trigger process. We are unable to investigate how the Council has dealt with matters concerning its role as a social housing landlord.
