Ms X complains the Council has failed to deliver the provision set out in her child, Y’s, EHCP and has failed to make alternative educational provision. We have concluded our investigation having not made a finding of fault. The evidence demonstrates the Council made offers of suitable alternative provision whilst it searched for a permanent placement for Y. Offers proposed by the Council were available and accessible to Y.
