We cannot investigate parts of Mr X’s complaint about a vehicle crossover. Mr X has complained to the Housing Ombudsman about the same issue, and he has begun court action against the Council. We will not investigate the rest of the complaint because we have already considered a complaint from Mr X about the same matters and there is not enough evidence of significant injustice to warrant an investigation.
